Dioleoyl-phosphatidylserine (PS), dilinole … Dioleoyl-phosphatidylserine (PS), dilinoleoyl-GPs [phosphatidic acid (PA), phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE), phosphatidylglycerol (PG), phosphatidylinositol (PI), and PS], 17:0-LPA, and 17:0-LPC were purchased from Avanti Polar Lipids.
Phospholipids were dried in borosilicated glass tubes (9831-1207; Iwaki Glass) under nitrogen gas, dissolved in PBS using a water bath sonicator, and stored at −20°C. water bath sonicator, and stored at −20°C.
